- Once an order is placed, it is not processed automatically.
- After you place your order, our team will contact you via message or phone call to confirm your details and order specifications.
- No order is processed without customer confirmation.
- After confirmation, the order enters our production and dispatch queue.
- We accept major international payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved gateways).
- All payments must be completed before shipment.
- Prices listed do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a full refund.
5. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom-built products (such as personalized gear or special-order items) are made according to customer approval.
Once design and details are approved, no refund or return is accepted, unless there is:
- A verified manufacturing defect,
- A size or quality issue caused by our production process, or
- A delivery-related problem directly from our side.
These items are custom-made and cannot be resold by Drakos.
6. Shipping and Delivery

- Once the order is dispatched from Pakistan, it typically reaches the customer within 7 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and customs process.
- Orders are shipped worldwide via trusted courier partners.
- Tracking details will be shared via email or message once your package is shipped.
- Drakos is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier operations.

7. Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all eligible purchases.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
