During high-demand periods, product launches, or sales events, processing times may be extended slightly due to order volume.

2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and shipping method selected.

For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping charges and timelines may vary depending on order volume, packaging, and destination.

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

All Drakos products are dispatched directly from our main production unit in Pakistan, with full coordination from our customer service team in the USA.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, customs clearance, or national/international crises.
In such circumstances, Drakos will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our production unit in Pakistan, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipment has been handed over to our courier partners.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes
All Drakos orders are shipped from Pakistan.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (depending on your country’s laws) are the responsibility of the customer.
While Drakos has no control over these charges, our USA support team will gladly assist you with guidance or documentation if needed.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with clear photos and an unboxing video.
This documentation helps us verify and resolve your claim promptly.
Drakos will cooperate fully with you and assist in filing a damage claim with the courier.
If your parcel is lost in transit, an inquiry will be initiated with the courier. Once confirmed lost, you will receive a free replacement for your order.
Please note:
- If the delay is caused by the courier, Drakos cannot be held responsible.
- For urgent or time-sensitive deliveries, you may request our Special Express Shipping Service (extra charges apply). Please contact our team before ordering.

7. Shipping Restrictions
Since Drakos operates globally, your information may be transferred between our facilities in Pakistan and the United States for order fulfillment and support.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, as courier services cannot deliver to these locations.
- Deliveries to military or restricted areas are not available.
- Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order to ensure smooth processing.

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
If you need to update your address, you can do so within 3–4 days of order dispatch from Pakistan.
After this period, address changes cannot be made, and Drakos will not be responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
