Drakos Bulk Order Policy
At Drakos , we offer bulk ordering options for gyms, academies, clubs, institutes, and distributors who wish to purchase our premium combat sports gear in large quantities. Please review the following terms before placing your order.
1. Definition of Bulk Orders
Any order with a total value of USD 500 or more is considered a Bulk Order.
2. Order Types
There are two types of bulk orders:
1. Standard Bulk Orders: Items selected directly from our website designs. These are processed after customer confirmation without mockup approval.
2. Custom Bulk Orders: Orders for gyms, academies, clubs, or institutions that require personalized or custom designs. These orders require 3D mockup approval before production begins.
3. Design & Approval
- For custom bulk orders, a 3D mockup or digital design is provided to the customer for approval.
- Production will only start once the customer confirms and approves the final mockup.
- Without customer confirmation, no bulk or custom bulk order will be processed.
4. Pricing
1. Bulk order prices differ from the retail prices listed on our website and are generally discounted based on quantity.
2. Final pricing depends on order volume, customization level, and material selection.
5. Payment Procedure
- The payment procedure remains the same as regular orders.
- Once a bulk or custom bulk order is approved, advance or full payment (as agreed) is required to begin production.
- After confirmation, no changes or cancellations can be made once production has started.
6. Production Time
• Production time depends on order quantity and customization details.
• Estimated production duration is provided after order confirmation or mockup approval.
• Drakos strives to meet all committed deadlines but reserves the right to adjust timelines in case of unforeseen production or logistics delays.
7. Returns & Refunds
For Standard Bulk Orders:
• Once confirmed and processed, bulk orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a verified production or product quality issue.
For Custom Bulk Orders:
1. Once a custom order is approved and confirmed by the customer, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the products are made exclusively for that client and cannot be resold.
2. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:
- There is a verified production defect
- A confirmed sizing or quality issue exists
- Or any other manufacturing problem recognized by the Drakos quality control team
3. In such cases, an inquiry and verification process will be conducted before any decision is made.
4. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with photo or video proof.
8. Shipping & Delivery
• All bulk orders are shipped directly from our production unit in Pakistan.
• Delivery time varies by destination and order size.
• Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 7–12 business days to the USA, Europe, and other regions.
• Shipping charges are calculated separately and communicated before dispatch.
9. Order Confirmation
No order will be processed without customer confirmation.
After confirmation, production begins immediately and cannot be paused, cancelled, or altered.
